LOST ORDERS

If your order is not delivered within seven days after the estimated delivery date, you are eligible to file for lost reimbursement by contacting us via help@feltcreativehomegoods.com or by using our Contact Form. Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement.
